    What to expect

    The sessions will be 60 min long and will consist of practical exercises and tips, theory & practice about the topics like emotions management, boundaries management, communication, managing expectations and growing work-life balance, also experience sharing, and Q&A sessions.

We meet every 2 weeks and sharpen the superpowers of kindness to yourself, self-acceptance, confidence, focus, resilience, and more – in general care for mental and emotional well-being.

    This specially designed group coaching program for working moms will help you to find work-life balance, learn to manage expectations, improve communication and manage boundaries with family members or colleagues at work. Sessions will also include mindfulness exercises for daily stress management. In 6 months’ time, you will have a roadmap for how to act confidently, be calmer and be the authentic best version.
